The “Forest Energy Portal” is a networking and knowledge platform for researchers, companies and all other interested stakeholders in the field of Forest Biomass for Energy. The “Forest Energy Portal” is developed and maintained by COST Action FP0902 “Development and harmonization of new operational research and forest assessment procedures for sustainable forest biomass supply”, IEA Bioenergy Task 43 and the “Metsäenergia” project.
The Forest Energy Company Register helps you to find partners in the forest energy sector. The Forest Energy Company Register is a database developed to serve the forest energy sector. The companies can enter and update their own information. In order to add their own company information to the database, users must first create a User Account. In the register the companies can share -besides the basic contact information - also information about products, services and customer references.

IrBEA was founded in May 1999 and operates as a not-for-profit limited liability company. Its role is to promote the bioenergy industry and to develop this important sector on the island of Ireland. The organisation is a self-governing association of voluntary members.
IrBEAs diverse membership includes: farmers and foresters, fuel suppliers, energy development companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers, engineers, financiers and tax advisers, legal firms, consultants, planners, research organisations, local authorities, education and advisory bodies – anyone with an interest in the bioenergy industry.
